If you are an EU citizen and would like to relocate to Cyprus, our Firm can assist you with all the formalities and procedures through our
vast network of associates. The correct term for it is a Registration certificate for EU citizens and it is technically a residency permit,
which provide you the same rights as a Cypriot citizen. It is popularly known as the “yellow slip” as it is printed on yellow paper.

This document includes all you as an CY EU citizen which can be used to also work in Cyprus.

Documents you will need to send to the VENITI Team in order to process the procedure for you are the following:

• Completed application form (MEU1) – the Veniti team will fill this in for you
• Valid passport or identity card.
• Birth certificates for all children in English
  Please note that it should be the official document or a certified translation.
• There are official translators here in Cyprus where we can arrange official translations for you.
• Marriage certificate if you are married and your wife is accompanying you in Cyprus.
  The same rules apply as mentioned above for birth certificates.
• Your proof of purchase of a property from Veniti Developers. We will manage this for you.
• Proof of job, preferably a contract stating your salary.
• Bank statement of your European Bank account indicating your balance.

The same process is followed for residency permits for non EU citizens with the only difference as below:

• VENITI will assist you in the opening of a Bank Account in Cyprus as this is required by Immigration
• We will need clear police record certificates for the applicant and spouse.
